A few weeks ago I ordered a complete package from Heinl Bauelemente for a gable roof with uneven roof pitches. The employees only need the roof area, roof shape, inclination, type of connections and terminations and the respective lengths. Based on this information, they put together all the required positions. Hats off to the speed. Parts list created, order confirmed, 3 days later I received the email: Order can be picked up. The goods were packaged in an exemplary manner. From my experience, I can recommend Heinl Bauelemente without reservation!!!

I once again felt very comfortable with Heinl Trapezblech. After an initial inquiry, I received a rough load-bearing capacity of the selected trapezoidal sheets. When I asked about details, a competent contact person was easy to reach. I found the delivery time to be pleasantly short and it was adhered to. Unloading and driving to the desired location was also great with their forklift, which can drive both lengthwise and crosswise! If I need trapezoidal sheets again, I will definitely turn to Heinl again.

I would like to express my high praise to your employee, Mr. Marco Otteny. Thanks to his great help, his thoughtfulness, his opportunities for improvement and creative ideas and, above all, thanks to his endless patience with me (I have no idea about the subject, I was only tasked with ordering everything we needed for a stable trapezoidal roof for our carport). now a stable roof on our shed. Mr. Otteny really thought of everything and put a lot of thought into it. Everything worked out wonderfully. All the necessary large and small parts and fasteners were available so that my men could easily assemble the roof. Transporting the long, well-packaged parts also went well.
